What we collect
When you make an enquiry or franchise application we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business name, email, telephone number, premises postcode, business information, photographs of your premises and any comments.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, assess your franchise application, contact you about it and keep records of our recruitment process. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in assessing and recruiting franchisees.
Who we share it with
Your information is only accessible to authorised head-office staff and service providers who host our systems. If you make a customer enquiry, it may be passed to the Steel Frame Rooms showroom serving your area. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep application records for as long as needed to complete the recruitment process and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by writing to us at our registered office. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
