The numbers

40% profit on every building you sell.

Every building is sold at our retail price, which is your franchise cost plus 40%. The difference is yours. On an average garden room selling at £9,500, that's about £2,714 gross profit, with no stock to hold and no manufacturing, delivery or installation to manage.
